What contract do I have with PickMyVenue?

Using PickMyVenue means you accept these Terms of Service. The actual booking contract for your event is between you and the venue or vendor — we facilitate, but we're not the contracting party.

What if a venue doesn't honour its listed price?

Report it to support@pickmyvenue.in within 7 days. We mediate at no cost and remove venues that consistently misrepresent pricing.

1. What PickMyVenue Is

PickMyVenue is a marketplace that connects event hosts with venues and event-service vendors. We do not own the venues, employ the vendors, or directly provide the services. Your booking contract is between you and the venue/vendor — we help arrange and manage the introduction.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to make a booking through PickMyVenue.

3. Bookings & Payments

All bookings are subject to venue availability and confirmation. Payments are made directly to the venue or vendor — PickMyVenue never holds your money. We don't add commissions, platform fees or markups on top of vendor pricing.

4. Cancellation Policy

Cancellation terms vary by venue and are clearly displayed on each listing before you confirm. As a general rule, cancellations 30+ days before the event qualify for the listed refund tier.

5. Honest Listings Promise

If a venue or vendor doesn't honour their listed price or description, report it within 7 days at support@pickmyvenue.in. We'll mediate at no cost and remove repeat offenders from the platform.
